At Rensmore, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is clear, fair, and designed to give you peace of mind.
Incorrect or Defective Item
If your item arrives incorrect or defective, please email support@rensmore.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Change of Mind / Not Satisfied
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: return shipping is not refundable.

Shipping Your Item
Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and packaging instructions. Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged and shipped using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.
Return Shipping
All returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Asia.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer. These costs are not refundable.
Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
All Rensmore footwear is covered by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee. This guarantee applies exclusively to workmanship-related defects — issues caused by the construction or craftsmanship of the shoe.
Examples of workmanship defects covered:
- Stitching coming loose prematurely
- Structural separation caused by faulty construction
- Hardware or components failing due to manufacturing defects
- Soles detaching due to craftsmanship errors
Not covered under this guarantee:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scuffs, scratches, or creasing from regular use
- Outsole or heel wear over time
- Damage caused by water, heat, accidents, or improper care
- Any damage resulting from misuse or non-intended use
Service Fee
Approved Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee claims include a $34.95 service and handling fee, which covers inspection, processing, and return shipping for repair or replacement.
Right to Decline Claims
Rensmore reserves the right to decline claims that do not meet the conditions of this guarantee or that cannot be classified as workmanship-related defects.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@rensmore.com with your name and order number.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation can only be completed by returning the package through our standard return process.
